Be careful who you sleep with in IPS. If you are a principal sleeping with a teacher and get caught you will get promoted or nothing will happen to you. If you are a teacher, you get transferred and penalized.
The "Bobble Headed" Board Members knew about the affair and stuck their heads in the sand. Well I hope the English teachers heads to a good Civil RightsEOE attorney like Robert Turner and drags IPS down the dirty alleys and then forces "White People Can't Teach Black Students" to pay out of his own pocket. Sounds like a wonderful excuse for Mary Louis to get up and dance for the televison crews with her large thunder thighs and legs. Girl just put the skirt down, you are way too big to show off those gross legs.
My understanding is that there is a lawsuit coming and a complaint with the EEOC coming and all of the board members and Eugene White will be involved because they were aware of the situation and enabled the principal to get away with it while punishing the teacher. The teacher will be back at her school when school starts. Ask Jane Kendricks how many emails she has received from students and parents over this situation.
While I agree that if the teacher is disciplined, the principal should be, too, if that teacher returns to her school she is going to face a lot of hardships. It's pretty common knowledge who the teacher/principal & school are, so if she doesn't think students alone will bring it up, I'm surprised. Please pardon my ignorance, but although it's inappropriate for obvious reasons, why was the teacher disciplined? They are two consenting adults.
This stuff has been going on for years. This time the teacher posted the information about the relationship on her Facebook page, not too smart on her part and the principal shouldn't have become romantically involved with a faculty member. Neither had the sense to be discreet.
This is just plain wrong. Both should have been fired! But since they weren't I guess teachers should just turn their heads when the students are having sex in the schools. What an example.
The students know are upset that nothing happened to the principal. Look for "it" to hit the fan real soon. The bobblehead board will not be able to ignore the situation much longer.

Were they relly doing "the nasty" on his desk with her wearing her "Big Mommy's" diamond tara and wearing a tutu? So, old school, and you know he is a fat dude now, must of been roacking the school building? No wonder his children go to a private school, nothing like daddy humping a teacher at your school to bring a family together. Then Jane wrote the lady up for being a lously lay and move her to another school. Now, Mary Louise dance with those chunky vein covered legs for the press to get your point across. Dr. White told the Board that is was only one time, and the the principal was sorry that he got caught. File that complaint the public wants to heard about the fools at the Education Center.
As an IPS parent, I find the personal attacks and meanness infinitely more disturbing than who is sleeping with who. If I knew which teachers mock speech impediments and ridicule heavy people, I would definitely make sure these people were never near my children. If I knew which teachers were having an affair, it might make for some interesting gossip, but other than that, I don't see how it's my business. Give me sleazy over mean any day of the week. You can accomplish a lot of good, even if you're sleazy. You can only accomplish evil if you're mean.
This certainly isn't the first time a principal and/or superintendent have had an affair with a teacher. Remember the infamous cat fight in the Ed. Center a few years ago. What makes this so sleaszy is that the teacher was punished and the fatass principal was not touched. I hope this comes out as soon as I have heard. It will make Eugene and the bobble headed school board look like fools as they all know about the situation. It will also expose them to a huge discrimination suit.
Is the principal married? I have heard two different stories. The teacher acted like a teenager by posting information on her Facebook page. Her behavior was not very professional at all, especially if what I hear is true--that she used her IPS computer to do it. Personally, this is another example of men being unable to think straight when all the blood is leaving their brain and going to one area of their body. For those of us who know the teacher, we could have told him she is a little....unstable, for lack of a better word. Another example is why would she even want to return to this same school? And what is wrong with IPS even entertaining the idea of sending her back. It will be a nightmare for both os them not to mention dangerous for him.

I am also an IPS parent, as well as an IPS educator. I look upon this site as I do Wikipedia: another example of our great nation's freedom of speech. You have a choice: to visit this site, or not.
A few examples: Last weekend was Indy's celebration of alternative lifestyles. Knowing that, did you go downtown? Several years ago, the Klan choose to rally at the Statehouse. Knowing that, did you go downtown?
If you are aware of the possibility of disrespectful posts, and you click here anyway, don't react negatively when you visit. I want my children (and students) to develop a sense of humor and the ability to differentiate between mean, evil comments, and playful banter. Otherwise, you'd better not watch another Elmer Fudd cartoon, or you will be picketing Warner Brothers' products. And, God help your child when Lucy makes fun of Ricky Ricardo's thick Cuban accent.
I won't go after a person with weight issues. My issue is with an administrator who dominates, belittles, points accusatory fingers at everyone except himself, and ignores obvious infractions, all the while collecting kudos for every positive occurance within our school system, all while ignoring the vast resources available which could correct his impediment with therapy and practice.
If you feel inappropriate behavior between "professional" adults makes for interesting gossip, I pray that you and your children are never near me and mine. Your children are apparently being fed a diet of sleaze, if the environment you provide for your dependents is one of sex, gossip, and limited morals. You feel that good can be done with sleaze. Yours will be the students other parents complain about, and you will be the topic of conversations in the lounge.
Every person can set an example, be it good or bad.
So, please feel free to use your constitutional rights to reply. I'll be here, respecting your right.
Wasn't Crosby also the principal with a Facebook page laden with profanity and use of the N-word? Great example for our children. Was that a "first offense" too, Dr. White?
I'm thrilled that I work in an elementary. Our staff doesn't have time to screw around. We're busy teaching to the standards, and providing exemplary examples of good citizenry for our young, impressionable charges.
Jane Kendrick worked with Cosby about CELL. If she received an array of emails from teachers and students, we should ask for copies of the emails. They are public records. Hey Jane, don't start deleting. Does anyone know the dates she received the emails???
I feel sorry for Mary Bewley. She has to put a spin on all this mess. Dr. White and Dr. Johnson are not having an affair. They just work together on the 7th floor. Brandon's fat ass never had an affair with a cute English teacher. She was just tutoring his bad ass son. IPS has gotten worse under Gene White
You're right, you have your right to freedom of speech, and if I don't want my kids taught by you, then my only choice is to switch schools, right? (since I don't know who you are to be able to avoid you directly). And too many teachers like some of the ones who post here are pushing many parents to do exactly that. Which is a shame. Because I really do believe in public education, or at least the ideal of it. But if you were a parent and you read this blog, wouldn't it make you cynical? I mean if adults solve their disputes by posting embarrassing and mean-spirited comments on the Internet and respond to those who disagree with them by accusing them of being poor parents, then what possible value can these people be to students? To society? Most toddlers have more decency than what you're displaying (you personally, others who post similar comments, those who are amused by you, and the blogmaster who starts these ridiculous threads).
I'm a teacher, and I do agree with the parent regarding making fun of speech problems, weight issues, etc. We teach our children not to do this, so it's hypocritical for us to do it. My opinion. We are all different and some choose to express themselves differently that others. I don't counteract against those who do it, I just chose to look past it and read between the lines.
Myself, I'd be too embarrassed to publicly admit that sleazy gossip is interesting, especially in such a public forum. But, everyone has to believe in something, right?
Being cynical is a good thing. The cynics create change. It's those who accept the status quo who resign our society to stagnation. Perhaps that's why the high-tech jobs are going to nations other than ours.
I'm curious.....does your child have the latest video game, or a well-used library card? Is your child parked in front of the television this summer, or is he/she actively participating in one of the hundreds of educational opportunities our city offers (see today's IndyStar....you, too, can volunteer). Does your child see you reading, or simply pecking away on your keyboard? Are you active in your school's parent organization, or are you content to let the few do the work? Have you spent time volunteering at your school, or are you too busy making a living? When was the last time you read to your child, or you heard him/her ready to you or a sibling? Is your child alert and ready for the new day's challenge, or is he/she in attendance because it's the law? (Ask your child why he/she goes to school. Most students answer, "Because I have to.")
You are so busy bashing the few IPS educators who choose to let their opinions be known that it hasn't occurred to you that we fervently support change for the better. Those scores that were published? We sweated to achieve each percentage point.
We get the hungry (for food, guidance, recognition, affirmation) students who have never held a pencil. Our social workers and custodians provide clean clothing and bags of food. I'd wager that 80% of our staff members have crackers, peanut butter and jelly stashed away for needy kids. Our older students are thrilled at receiving clean socks. Educators spend their own money or join Teachers' Treasures to gather soap, combs, towels, and deodorant for their students. We get the parents who think their child knows his/her alphabet because of a little song (Until I was four, I believed LMNOP was one letter, because of that song! If W is a letter, then so is LMNOP.) We get parents who "dumb down" their children to qualify for full day kindergarten, which provides transportation to and from school, and two meals per day. At one point, I believe this was a way to play the system; I later learned that it was survival, since the food stamp allotment ran out way before the beginning of the next month. These same students ate little if anything on the weekend. Many of our children have experience horrors we can't imagine. I'll never forget the parent who asked for a flashlight and batteries so her children could do their homework. It seems there was so much crime in their neighborhood, they couldn't turn on lights for fear of attack.
If you do manage to get to school, try to come in the morning, and do an informal survey of the percentage of students who bring a pencil. Some can't, others won't. But they always have money for the juice machine at lunch! Priorities rule!
I have to find humor in my daily routine, or I'd spend my day crying. I invite you to monitor your own occupation. Count how many times you chuckle at someone else's expense, be it a boss, coworker, or customer.
Yes, I click "Anonymous", but so do you. I won't know which parents are mine until I hear of your spreading "interesting gossip." Under NCLB, you can transfer your child to the school of your choice. I'm stuck there with you.
These "ridiculous threads" are written to incite reactions. Your is a classic.
That parent is the one who tells her kid to hit back.
"My mom said if somebody hits me, I'm supposed to hit him back!" If I had a dollar for each time I've heard that, from BOTH kids and parents, I could have retired five years ago!
Wow, that kid is in for a rude awakening after age 18.
You think what you're doing is the equivalent of having a private, naughty chuckle with a friend about a disliked coworker??! You're posting horribly insensitive insults and rumors about people on the Internet, using their names, and making every effort to embarrass and hurt them publicly just because you don't like them. The fact that you could be a teacher makes it that much worse.
And teachers weren't embarrassed when Eugene White said 60% weren't doing their jobs, on the front page of the paper? And teachers aren't angry that their right to teach effectively has been taken away by Springboard, Benchmarks, and Pacing guides? And teachers aren't upset that they have one ineffective administrator after another? This blog is an attempt on the part of teachers, some administrators, and others who know what is going on to shine some light into the dark corners of IPS.
This is a system that has been run for years to benefit certain groups. Students and parents fall down on the bottom of that list, not at the top.
Those who see this as a problem are angry, and being angry in IPS is a dangerous thing. There is a local man who is an expert in democratic schools and used to work for IPS, until he voiced his opinion to Busch and White that he thought that the uniform policy was undemocratic and overly authoritarian, he was fired the next week, for these comments. And IPS administrators lied in the depositions, did you know they had the ability to hear what was said in a private conversation in a crowded auditorium fifty feet away, well according to the deposition they can. Currently this person is suing.
So for those of you who wonder about the venting that goes on here realize that teachers are powerless in this system, and know what is going on is simply WRONG.
"This blog is an attempt on the part of teachers, some administrators, and others who know what is going on to shine some light into the dark corners of IPS."
I wish I authored that statement. You're my new favorite hero! Bravo or Brava! I'm mentally throwing rose petals at your feet!
When we constantly work in a culture of fear, we need a safe way to vent, to get it off our chests, and to toss the truth into the arena. This venue serves that purpose.
There's probably nothing that can legally be done about some of the comments on this blog, but I do want to make something really clear. This blog does not represent a single teacher I know, and I've been a teacher longer than my (secondary) students have been alive. Most of us are ethical professionals, and would never in a million years resort to personal insults and malicious gossip in response to conflicts, let alone post it on the Internet. I highly doubt the people who do post such ugliness are even teachers at all, but even if they are, I assure you they are a tiny, tiny minority of IPS teachers. Blogmaster and pals, if you want to post garbage, there's little that can be done. But don't drag IPS teachers down by pretending you speak for us. You don't. We're as outraged by you as anyone else who read this blog would be. It's a shame. This blog could be (and has been occasionally) such a positive resource.
The dirty laundry can't be cleaned until it is exposed to daylight and people know it exists. I wonder if in the administrative classes teach administrators that it is inappropriate to have affairs with teachers they supervise. I wonder if IPS Human Resources ever mentions to administrators that it is inappropriate to have affairs with teachers on their staff. I wonder why Eugene White and the board only feel the need to punish the teacher involved and not the administrator. Mary Busch ought to be ashamed..but she probably isn't.
Insulting people isn't venting. It's just insulting people. Gossip isn't venting either. Venting is "I hate this new policy" or "OMG if they want me to be accountable for the results, they need to let me control the curriculum and pace." or "It's so frustrating to work in a district where so many positive things are happening and have the media posting nothing but negativity. And then someone starts a blog, apparently for teachers, and it's even worse than the media. If a teacher posts something good that' happening, they're called stepford teachers and accused of betraying their coworkers. When I vent to friends and family, they just tell me to move districts. Only other IPS teachers would really understand why that feels like selling out."
Making fun of a lisp or cellulite has nothing to do with venting. It only displays a lack of character and a lack of conflict resolution skills.
Why would someone need to be told that it's inappropriate? We all know that it is, however it's not against the law. I have done things that I know are inappropriate. We all have. It's bad judgement and makes them look like poor role models to the students and staff alike, but if it isn't against the rules of IPS, then they cannot hold these people accountable (unless physical contact occurs on school property). To punish the teacher for this is ridiculous. If IPS feels the need to punish, then both parties need to be involved.
I am in agreement. If one party is punished then both parties should be. This was a consensual affair. It is the one sided punitive actions of Eugene White that has even brought this situation to the public and will continue to do so until some equity is meted out.
Inappropriateness is contagious. The germ starts at the top and slowly spreads to every nook and cranny of the system. It is very hard to teach when fighting that ugliness each day. IPS would do well to have top administrators incorporate a mantra of respect, excellence, encouragement, dignity, thoughtfulness, and the Golden Rule into every aspect of administration. The example would create an atmosphere of decency in IPS, something teachers have not experienced from many administrators in recent years.
Re: the affair between the male principal and the female teacher
This sounds like gender bias/sexism to me. As the old saying goes, what's good for the goose is good for the gander... Either fire both of them, or none of them.
Just curious, but does the teacher belong to the union? Seems to me this is something they're supposed to protect against, right? So where was the union when she was being punished? And people try to convince me how important it is that I join. HA! I bet this teacher wishes she'd stuck her dues in her savings account, doesn't she?
A couple of years ago an IPS high school assistant principal (male) had a bad habit of making inappropriate and totally unwanted comments about a female guidance counselor's body and often referred to her as his sweater girl. She finally took the issue to HR. End result was that the female guidance counselor was transferred to another school the next year. He got to stay put.
The female acted in a way that was outside of herself, as anyone has the capability to do when they are faced with a broken heart. This does not make her crazy, it makes her a human being. She has been through enough. Shortridge is the single most important thing to her (the only thing left after losing her husband, home, and reputation to this man) and not being able to return has her even more hurt, as if the damage done to her by him was not enough. She has been through hell and deserves none of it. Try to be a little sensitive.
Well, at least she has a Fan Club on Facebook. Sounds like the kids are doing everything possible to get her back including suggestions that they talk to Jane K.
This female teacher devoted lots of time to the students at Shortridge and touched the lives of many students....this discriminatory administrative action is insulting. I hope it goes to court soon.
Thanks to whoever read this and thought it was a good idea to inform on the subject of this sick discussion. She is trying to move on from this nightmare and now she is back to where she was. THANKS!

Try to be a little sensitive? Really? Have you looked at the posts around here? Why does this person deserve sensitivity? Everyone is fair game here, don't you know?
I know this teacher was a wonderful example of everything a teacher should be. The principal was thinking with his...you know what. He was in a higher capacity and should have acted accordingly. Dr. White should not let him go unpunished. How embarrassing for IPS. Keep the wonderul teacher and ax this ass of a "principal" for which he has no "principle".
I feel bad for this young teacher. She got all caught up with a smooth talkin' SOB and, being young, was gullible and naive. That's happened to lots of women, for sure, but for the boss man to be the one to smooth talk the younger woman is just more than wrong! Sounds like he took advantage of his position of authority and used this young woman for all the wrong reasons.
If her reputation has been smeared, then rest assured, his reputation can also be smeared. Remember, the bigger they are; the harder they fall (that's both literal and figurative). The School Board may believe he's an asset; however, he can morph into a liability very quickly and do more damage to IPS than imagined.
Amen to above post! He talks a good show about being a role model for young Black men, but it's all talk -- that's all -- just a bunch of talk. No man who fancies himself a role model should ever dip his pen in company ink.
Hold on a second. This teacher is JUST as guilty as the principal. It takes two and she knew full well what she was doing, so for those of you that says he was thinking with his crotch, she was doing the same thing. Have you EVER talked to this man? He is NOT a smooth talker. He is an arrogant asshole that thinks he is better than everyone else. Yes, she may have been vulnerable, but she knows right from wrong. It's not fair that she was punished for her actions, but she isn't stupid.....she knew what she was doing. Additionally, they put it out there, making it fair game for people to talk about. Unfortunately, it's a judgemental world that we live in and if you don't want to be judged, keep your antics IN the bedroom.
Wow. You are the prime example of what is wrong with this world. I don't believe I said anything negative about the teacher. Saying she knew what she was doing isn't negative. I'm simply saying that for all those people being rude to others (yourself for instance) because they are discussing the situation, the activity was made public. If you don't want to be talked about, don't let others know what you are doing.
I agree. I don't know why anyone would want to be in an intimate relationship with this fatass. racist, arrogant, lying bag of wind. This young lady did, however. Then Eugene and the school board took their unjust discriminatory action. This case should not be pushed to be background but Eugene White and Mary Busch and the other bobbleheads on the board need to be held accountable. I believe that they will be.
Is the media aware of this story?......this needs to be put on the front page of the newspapers, local news(national if need be) and the radio stations! This maybe our way of getting rid of White and his sex crazed buffoons, oh! I meant administrators!
When it's time, and if necessary, this will become public knowledge. For right now things are being dealt with by the female's attorney and that's all anyone needs to know.
You are all being duped! All of this "information" was published on previous blogtopics but there is little substantive here. Come one, how many times have we heard on IPS-BS the phrase, "When it's time, and if necessary, this will become public knowledge. For right now things are being dealt with ..." or words to that effect? Someone knows something. Since this is all anonymous, say it! You are not risking anything by saying it.
I work at Shortridge. I know little of what's going on but I do know this: the teacher you speak of is quite “different” to say the least, but she is also the most dedicated, hard-working, caring, teacher this district has seen in a long time. The kids love and respect her at the same time, which these two traits are normally not mutually exclusive. The energy she puts off is unsurpassed and the building has not been the same since she has been gone. On the other hand, she does not deserve special treatment if she has engaged in practices that are unprofessional.
I am sorry that she was seduced by the administrator and lost her husband/home. Maybe she will be placed at a school that will treat her with respect and as a professional. But you never mix work and lust, problems happen. Students that respect and love a teacher is wonderful.
I laughed at the post about sending Crosby to Arlington Community School, you are right he would last one week. He lacks discpline skills and he trys to play like a "bro" to the students. This is what happens when you take a unexperienced teacher (CELL is not teaching) and place him in the lead role of the leader of a new concept school. Well, I hear Dr. Scuggs is failing at his new job, maybe Crosby can become his acting "paper pusher". All from IWU!
Many of you are ridiculous. The parent above is correct, you should not be working with students when you're spreading hurtful gossip. Unless the two involved post their business on here, no one knows what is true and what isn't. I work in IPS and am embarrassed by this blog. I check in periodically because my non-IPS friends stumbled upon it and I have to know what's being said in order to state the REAL facts. I know that some things posted are true, but information gets so twisted that it's hard to differentiate truth from lies. No matter how many times someone posts, "This is not all of us," it looks as if it is. You can attack my anonymous post all you want. You look bad, not me.
Mr. Cosby and Mr. Scruggs have both watched to many episodes of Welcome Back Kotter. They both believe if there was the right teacher everyone of these kids who have suffered years of educational neglect, by parents, teachers, society, and their own personal choices would suddenly bloom and be geniuses.
I visited a respected administrator once and they had a sign on their desk that said "Get the child ready for the road, not the road ready for the child". It is a disservice to do what we are doing, changing the school environment to accommodate the bad habits of children (and their families). We're setting them up for another generation of poverty.
This principal and his public indiscretion is a bad example of how to manage your own life. This is not a private matter, it showed extremely poor judgment, in every workplace sex with a subordinate employee is frowned upon or simply forbidden.
It is not a personal matter when a school administrator uses his position to have an affair with a teacher he is supposed to supervise. What makes it worse is when the superintendent and the school board find out and punish the teacher but treat the principal like he is a hero!!! The IPS administration is corrupt.
This situation is a public matter because the parties involved are paid with public taxpayers' monies. This did not occur between co-workers at IBM, Joe's Crab Shack, or the local CVS.
When we work for the public, the public does have a right to know what goes on. We can't have it both ways.
I'm just a citizen, not a teacher, not even a parent, but I can't imagine a school ever hiring a teacher that doesn't think good teachers can make an enormous impact on at-risk students. I mean if that's the case, that teachers don't matter, then why not use computer programs to teach the privileged kids and hire bouncers to control the kids that you don't think will ever amount to anything regardless of what teachers do?
I never though Cosby would make it this far with his Anger issues, God complex, and total lack of being professional. The teacher isn't much better she signs her emails The Resident Shortridge Blue Devil Princess and she expects to be treated like one. I say fire them both.
Mark Cosand is Butler University's Liaison at Shortridge Magnet High School for Law and Public Policy. In this capacity he facilitates professional development opportunities for Shortridge and Butler faculty as well as prepares students for Early College experiences at Butler. He has been a teacher and administrator in IPS and a school change facilitator. He is a National Facilitator for the School Reform Initiative providing experiences in reflective conversations on data, student and adult work and texts
This is not about Butler. This is about Eugene White and 7 bobbleheads who sit on the IPS school board and allow this horrible discrimatory miscarriage of justice to happen. The fact that the principal had an affair with one of his teachers, the teacher was punished and transferred and the principal sits there in the same position, in the same office and without punishment is an indictment on the school board and Eugene White.

WRONG!!!!!!
It's about two idiot thrillseekers who couldn't keep their pants on.
Hey, idiots, next time, get a room! There are several within easy walking distance of Shortridge.
Then, after you pull up/put on your pants, shut the Hell up.
I hope for the sake of the students, parents, and employees of IPS that the School Board is taking steps to remedy this embarrassment. I hope also they work out of settlement before they go to court and a huge amount of our tax money is used for lawyers' fees and the eventual monetary award to the teacher who was discriminated against in this situation.
Speaking of broken hearts...A Science teacher at BR is heartbroken that her "girlfriend" Counselor will be transferring to another school just to get away from her. Seems the Science Teacher was stalking the Counselor so bad that she was forced to transfer to another school. What is it about IPS..this is crazy! I feel for the Counselor...she was forced to leave a school she obviously was very comfortable at.
Amazing how some teachers are so sexually frustrated and unaware of their sexuality. I know of this situation and apparently the Science Teacher is in the closet and the Counselor does not want to be stalked by this weirdo. What is wrong with IPS????
Why should Mr. Cosby be in trouble? Let's see . . . he told Ms. Kimbrough he was in love with her . . . told her that he wanted to marry her . . . told her that he wanted to have kids with her . . . gave her a hard time about still being with her husband . . . once she left her husband, gave her a hard time about not having her divorce finalized . . . made it seem as though her unresolved marriage was keeping them from being together . . . only to find out all along that his divorce was not finalized and he had two other girlfriends. Hmmm . . . yep, you're right. Sounds like he's the victim in this case.
If the principal and the teacher were white folks, I'd call them trailer park trash. They are better fit to be appearing on the Jerry Springer Show than to be appearing for work at any IPS school. This is nothing but pure old low class drama from a couple of people who enjoy being in the spot light.
This adultery trend seems to be more of a problem in the secondary schools. I guess that we don't have enough time in elementary schools to engage in this sort of behavior. :)
And going back to the Facebook reference, I would hope that Cosby would not be stupid enough for getting in trouble over Facebook again. I am glad that Dr. White, Dr. Brown and company feel that these adults are good role models for our students.
I don't think "trailer park trash" is appropriate, but "ghetto" would suffice. These "folks" no matter their race need to do their jobs rather than each other.
Actually "Trashy Behavior" is probably the most appropriate. Lots of fine people live in trailers, and ghetto has been co-opted to mean inner city low income black. This problem has nothing to do with race or income, it has to do with morality.
Ghetto may indeed describe IPS if you go to the third meaning.
1. area of city inhabited by minority: an area of a city lived in by a minority group, especially a run-down and densely populated area lived in by a group that experiences discrimination
2. Jewish quarter: in former times, an area in European towns in which the Jewish population was required to live
3. environment of isolation: an environment where a group of people live or work in isolation, whether by choice or circumstance
What no one was upset that the counselors at Arlington were at war with each other. They were throwing insults, books, papers, and one demanded a new school under the management of Dr. Scuggs, super hero principal? The "Bobble Headed" Board needs to look at the administrators leadership style, not just that they are black. I laughed out loud when I heard that Shipp was taking the lead at Arlington, that girl is afraid of her own shadow. How many other administrators are at Arlington now - seven or eight?
I am intrigued that a post was removed from this thread. Considering how inflammatory some posts are that don't get removed. That one must have been a amazing.
Anonymous said... Why should Mr. Cosby be in trouble? Let's see . . . he told Ms. Kimbrough he was in love with her
Unless you ARE the teacher, then you don't know if ANY of this is true. Again, I say, he did not vent his private feelings on that stupid Facebook. This is no young girl, she is in her late 30's and that is something a high school girl would do when her boyfriend broke up with her. Everyone has seen him at the movies. at the State Fair with other women.
I am not the teacher but her friend and I've seen it in writing. I've seen the texts, the emails . . . it's all true. And correction, she is in her upper 30s. I've also been in the room when they were talking on the phone, which often made me gag. Again, she did act in a very uncharacteristic way, which ANYONE has the capability to do when faced with the kind of upset she was faced with. It doesn't make her a bad person, just a person who was not thinking clearly because she was upset. We've all done it, don't judge. And if you guys saw him at the movies, etc. with other women you probably should have said something to her long before. It would have saved her a lot of heartache. Those who knew what he was doing and chose to hide things for him are just as sick as he is.
No offense intended, but I've had many grad classes with teachers from all over the state. The ones from MY own district are the ones I'd least likely want to date compared to say the teachers from Noblesville of better yet Center Grove. Working at IPS has KEPT me single and celibate which can probably be construed as a good thing. And the tattoed single moms I meet??? All I have to do is worry about my students and the teaching....A man is only as faithful as his options and there are none here. And that's a good thing. You shouldn't date co-workers anyway. Let's change the topic to something about TEACHING and learning. This is gossip and nothing else.
All the students, parents, and staff at Shortridge deserve and want is a principal who can keep his pants up while around staff members he is supervising.
High drama played out by trashy characters...Is this the image that IPS wishes to send? How can Shortridge students learn when they're surrounded by this type school culture? Both the principal and the teacher are liabilities for IPS and are distractions to the learning environment.
The post that was removed was one that called Cosby out for sleeping with another one of his teachers, one who writes those big grants for his school. Rembert? At least this time he's getting paid for being a PIMP. We need to take lessons from this man!
Yuk. Her? How the hell do they make a bed big enough for the two of them? Sounds like he really down-graded. At least the other one was a little hottie.
Hold on. If Cosby was seen in public with the other women, people should have told this teacher? Seriously? So now the blame is being put on everyone else. It just keeps getting better and better. Maybe her friends should just stop talking because you aren't making it look any better for her. They are both equally at fault. Get over it.
If Stan Law was demoted for having an affair with a staff member, Brandon Cosby needs to be demoted. The facts are the facts. He worked with Jane Kendricks at CELL. She is now the Assistant Superintendent for Human Resources. She is protecting Brandon.
The teacher has a Fan Club page on Facebook where students make comments about how much they miss her. What a flake! Some people evidently enjoy airing their mistakes to the world and keeping their name in the limelight.
Stretched out in a Shortridge display case with a poster saying "Well Behaved Women Seldom Make History" is an inappropriate picture for a teacher to post of herself Online. Clever it is; appropriate for the world to view, it's not.
Maybe she and Cosby deserve each other. Sounds like he messed around with the WRONG woman, this time. Cosby likes to play with fire; this time he finally got burned.
omg I remember the Stan Law incident. He should have been fired. Are the high school girls still hanging all over him? Also, I can't believe Butler would have anything to do with Cosby. Maybe all the alumni need to find out about him and how he is connected with Butler...because he is connected to Butler.
For those who saw him at the movies and the Fair, neither of us knew he was dating the teacher. I am glad my friend told me about this post because I had to come to her house to read it for myself. This is the teacher who spent an entire semester planning a big, fabulous weddong on school time--the students themselves told it!! The photo album alone had to cost $5,000 or more . What was troubling was that she DID NOT invite one African-American teacher. People can marry and date who they want, but ignoring those who work beside you every day is something else.
Stan Law's misbehavior was even at school while he was on the clock. In today's culture in IPS, nothing would have happened to him. Principals have been given the green light to have any kind of sexual contact with any of their staff members they wish. I hope a vice principal at Tech learns a lesson before it is too late.
The pictures are still up because her ex-husband serves as a reminder that not all men are cheaters and liars . . . just the black ones. He has held her hand through this entire bullshit with Cosby, never once making her feel bad for the fact that she initially left him for Cosby. Now THAT's a real man.
Only black men are cheaters and liars???? What a racist piece of crap you are. I certainly hope you are not a teacher because you are worthless. I cannot believe you even said that. One black man who is a cheater and liar doesn't mean all are. Does she make all white women cheaters and ignorant? You are an idiot.
This thread has gone in a truly ugly direction. Blogmaster, please, please, please end this. While some comments have been flat-out funny, the "quick typists" who send too quickly are going to bring us all down.
What next.....child molestation? Beastiality? Racism is just as revolting.
Of course, that parent from way up in the posts might still be enjoying the "interesting gossip", and it tickles her special place to keep this going. Her cable must be out.
(Jerry Springer is on Fox 59 from 2 until 3. One doesn't need cable to watch.)
Jane Kendrick is afraid to move Cosby because she knows he could not even handle the discipline and decision making at Shortridge which had a very small enrollment. What would he do at Arlington or some other school that is out of control?
Speaking of Arlington, the amount of staff members who are having inappropriate relationships is unreal. Never have I heard so many stories of staff members sharing each other's flings. So, I doubt that Arlington is a good place for Cosby. It would be similar to sending a pit bull into a T-bone shop.
I believe this topic is a real hit. Why don't you get over it and quit reading the blog. If you're sick of hearing about the Shortridge affair, then don't come here. Start your own blog.
This is so interesting. I once worked at Shortridge. I suspected this situation on my first day there. If you worked there and didn't notice, then you must be blind. (if I have typos or something worded below your satisfaction, keep it to yourself! This ain't a AP class, it's a blog)
Stan Law took his punishment and moved on like a good person should. He confessed to his wife and took his demotion like a good role model should. He has regained my respect. Lets see if Cosby will do the same.
Please quit blaming the blogmaster for providing us a way to express our anger. At least MOST of us have not released our anger in bed with someone who is married.
I was in an elementary where the married black gym teacher was having an affair with a married white teacher (who, at the time, had a religious radio show). But, according to RV, it wasn't adultery since all of the sex was oral.
Do we still have a school board? Where is Elizabeth Gore? Where is Kelly Bentley? Where is M. Zaphirou? No need to wonder about Mary Busch. She has not had an original thought in 30 years.
ReplyDeleteMy understanding is that there is a lawsuit coming and a complaint with the EEOC coming and all of the board members and Eugene White will be involved because they were aware of the situation and enabled the principal to get away with it while punishing the teacher. The teacher will be back at her school when school starts. Ask Jane Kendricks how many emails she has received from students and parents over this situation.
ReplyDeleteThis sounds like an interesting story; however, we need more details. Where these two people caught having their affair on IPS property?
ReplyDeleteWhile I agree that if the teacher is disciplined, the principal should be, too, if that teacher returns to her school she is going to face a lot of hardships. It's pretty common knowledge who the teacher/principal & school are, so if she doesn't think students alone will bring it up, I'm surprised. Please pardon my ignorance, but although it's inappropriate for obvious reasons, why was the teacher disciplined? They are two consenting adults.
ReplyDeleteThis stuff has been going on for years. This time the teacher posted the information about the relationship on her Facebook page, not too smart on her part and the principal shouldn't have become romantically involved with a faculty member. Neither had the sense to be discreet.
ReplyDeleteThis is just plain wrong. Both should have been fired! But since they weren't I guess teachers should just turn their heads when the students are having sex in the schools. What an example.
ReplyDeleteThe students know are upset that nothing happened to the principal. Look for "it" to hit the fan real soon. The bobblehead board will not be able to ignore the situation much longer.
ReplyDeleteDid this occur at Shortridge? Were they caught 'at school'? Not everyone knows evidently.

ReplyDeleteShortridge, Crosby, so of you are very slow.
ReplyDeleteAs an IPS parent, I find the personal attacks and meanness infinitely more disturbing than who is sleeping with who.
ReplyDeleteThis certainly isn't the first time a principal and/or superintendent have had an affair with a teacher.
ReplyDeleteIs the principal married?
ReplyDeleteWhat subject did this teacher teach?

ReplyDeleteI am also an IPS parent, as well as an IPS educator.
White?
ReplyDeleteI'm thrilled that I work in an elementary. Our staff doesn't have time to screw around. We're busy teaching to the standards, and providing exemplary examples of good citizenry for our young, impressionable charges.
ReplyDeleteCheck out our ISTEP scores!
"Then Jane wrote the lady up for being a lously lay and move her to another school."
ReplyDeleteWhere on our evaluation form is the section evaluating our sexual prowess? How would Jane know of this teacher's capabiliy? Is there a rubric?
I seem to have missed this during my tenure in IPS.
Jane Kendrick worked with Cosby about CELL. If she received an array of emails from teachers and students, we should ask for copies of the emails. They are public records. Hey Jane, don't start deleting. Does anyone know the dates she received the emails???
ReplyDeleteI feel sorry for Mary Bewley. She has to put a spin on all this mess. Dr. White and Dr. Johnson are not having an affair. They just work together on the 7th floor. Brandon's fat ass never had an affair with a cute English teacher. She was just tutoring his bad ass son. IPS has gotten worse under Gene White
ReplyDeleteShould be worked with Cosby at CELL.
ReplyDeleteYou're right, you have your right to freedom of speech, and if I don't want my kids taught by you, then my only choice is to switch schools, right?
ReplyDeleteI'm a teacher, and I do agree with the parent regarding making fun of speech problems, weight issues, etc. We teach our children not to do this, so it's hypocritical for us to do it. My opinion. We are all different and some choose to express themselves differently that others. I don't counteract against those who do it, I just chose to look past it and read between the lines.
ReplyDelete*than others
ReplyDeleteMyself, I'd be too embarrassed to publicly admit that sleazy gossip is interesting, especially in such a public forum. But, everyone has to believe in something, right?
ReplyDeleteBeing cynical is a good thing.
Your is a classic.
should be "have experienced"
ReplyDeleteSorry.
Wow, somebody got piththed off.
ReplyDeleteThat parent is the one who tells her kid to hit back.
ReplyDelete"My mom said if somebody hits me, I'm supposed to hit him back!" If I had a dollar for each time I've heard that, from BOTH kids and parents, I could have retired five years ago!
Wow, that kid is in for a rude awakening after age 18.
should also have been "Yours is a classic."
ReplyDeleteAgain, sorry.
Blogmaster, can we get spellcheck?
Wow. I don't know what your rant has to do with my objections to posting personal insults, but I wasn't bashing teachers. I was bashing mean people.
ReplyDeletePerhaps the question isn't why she was transferred but why was Cosby allowed to remain? It seems like a double standard.
ReplyDelete"I was bashing mean people."
ReplyDeleteReply: Count how many times you chuckle at someone else's expense, be it a boss, coworker, or customer.
ReplyDeleteAnd teachers weren't embarrassed when Eugene White said 60% weren't doing their jobs, on the front page of the paper? And teachers aren't angry that their right to teach effectively has been taken away by Springboard, Benchmarks, and Pacing guides? And teachers aren't upset that they have one ineffective administrator after another? This blog is an attempt on the part of teachers, some administrators, and others who know what is going on to shine some light into the dark corners of IPS.
ReplyDeleteThis is a system that has been run for years to benefit certain groups.
ReplyDeleteI wish I authored that statement. You're my new favorite hero! Bravo or Brava! I'm mentally throwing rose petals at your feet!
When we constantly work in a culture of fear, we need a safe way to vent, to get it off our chests, and to toss the truth into the arena. This venue serves that purpose.
ReplyDeleteThere's probably nothing that can legally be done about some of the comments on this blog, but I do want to make something really clear.
ReplyDeleteThe dirty laundry can't be cleaned until it is exposed to daylight and people know it exists.
ReplyDeleteInsulting people isn't venting.
ReplyDeleteMaking fun of a lisp or cellulite has nothing to do with venting.
ReplyDeleteI am in agreement. If one party is punished then both parties should be. This was a consensual affair. It is the one sided punitive actions of Eugene White that has even brought this situation to the public and will continue to do so until some equity is meted out.
ReplyDeleteInappropriateness is contagious.
ReplyDeleteRe: the affair between the male principal and the female teacher
ReplyDeleteThis sounds like gender bias/sexism to me.
ReplyDeleteWho knows if she is a member? If she is, the union would be glad to represent her as they any other member who is mistreated.
ReplyDeleteA couple of years ago an IPS high school assistant principal (male) had a bad habit of making inappropriate and totally unwanted comments about a female guidance counselor's body and often referred to her as his sweater girl. She finally took the issue to HR. End result was that the female guidance counselor was transferred to another school the next year. He got to stay put.
ReplyDeleteThe female acted in a way that was outside of herself, as anyone has the capability to do when they are faced with a broken heart.
ReplyDeleteWell, at least she has a Fan Club on Facebook. Sounds like the kids are doing everything possible to get her back including suggestions that they talk to Jane K.
ReplyDeleteHer husband? Evidently you don't know her at all.
ReplyDeleteHer marriage was over long before she got involved with this principal. That barely lasted a year.
This female teacher devoted lots of time to the students at Shortridge and touched the lives of many students....this discriminatory administrative action is insulting. I hope it goes to court soon.
ReplyDeleteThanks to whoever read this and thought it was a good idea to inform on the subject of this sick discussion. She is trying to move on from this nightmare and now she is back to where she was. THANKS!
ReplyDelete"The female acted in a way that was outside of herself, as anyone has the capability to do when they are faced with a broken heart. ReplyDeleteTry to be a little sensitive?
ReplyDeleteI feel bad for this young teacher.
ReplyDeleteEveryone should be asking WHY Eugene and the School Board are allowing this man to go unpunished..........WHY WHY WHY WHY WHY
ReplyDeleteWhy? That's easy. He brings in money that the district needs. It's not brain surgery. He is clearly more valuable than she is. Money talks.
ReplyDeleteIf her reputation has been smeared, then rest assured, his reputation can also be smeared. Remember, the bigger they are; the harder they fall (that's both literal and figurative). The School Board may believe he's an asset; however, he can morph into a liability very quickly and do more damage to IPS than imagined.
ReplyDeleteBrandon is a big fat joke. Send him to Arlington and he would quit before sun down
ReplyDeleteAmen to above post! He talks a good show about being a role model for young Black men, but it's all talk -- that's all -- just a bunch of talk. No man who fancies himself a role model should ever dip his pen in company ink.
ReplyDelete"He brings in money that the district needs."
ReplyDeleteWho brings in money to this district? How?
A lot of our role models for our young, Black men are questionable.
ReplyDeleteHold on a second.
ReplyDelete"Unfortunately, it's a judgemental world that we live in and if you don't want to be judged, keep your antics IN the bedroom."
ReplyDeleteThen shut the door, curtains, your mouth, and stay off the Internet.
ReplyDeleteI agree.
ReplyDeleteIs the media aware of this story?......this needs to be put on the front page of the newspapers, local news(national if need be) and the radio stations! This maybe our way of getting rid of White and his sex crazed buffoons, oh! I meant administrators!
ReplyDeleteWhen it's time, and if necessary, this will become public knowledge. For right now things are being dealt with by the female's attorney and that's all anyone needs to know.
ReplyDeleteYou are all being duped!
ReplyDeleteI work at Shortridge.
ReplyDeleteI am sorry that she was seduced by the administrator and lost her husband/home. Maybe she will be placed at a school that will treat her with respect and as a professional. But you never mix work and lust, problems happen. Students that respect and love a teacher is wonderful.
ReplyDeleteSeduced? Is that what people really think happened?
ReplyDeleteI laughed at the post about sending Crosby to Arlington Community School, you are right he would last one week.
ReplyDeleteThis teacher was already divorced. Mr. Cosby had nothing to do with her losing either him or her home.
ReplyDeleteDid the principal OR the teacher tell others they were having this affair?
ReplyDeleteOr, were they actually caught at school?
The details will be made public VERY soon. It won't be pretty and Eugene White will look like the a**hole that he is...........
ReplyDeleteIs the teacher black or white?
ReplyDeleteyes and no
ReplyDeleteA special thanks to the person who created this blog. It is the only venue to voice without retaliation.
ReplyDeleteMany of you are ridiculous.
ReplyDeleteMr. Cosby and Mr. Scruggs have both watched to many episodes of Welcome Back Kotter. They both believe if there was the right teacher everyone of these kids who have suffered years of educational neglect, by parents, teachers, society, and their own personal choices would suddenly bloom and be geniuses.
ReplyDeleteI visited a respected administrator once and they had a sign on their desk that said "Get the child ready for the road, not the road ready for the child".
ReplyDeleteThis situation is a public matter because the parties involved are paid with public taxpayers' monies. This did not occur between co-workers at IBM, Joe's Crab Shack, or the local CVS.
ReplyDeleteWhen we work for the public, the public does have a right to know what goes on.
ReplyDeleteI never though Cosby would make it this far with his Anger issues, God complex, and total lack of being professional. The teacher isn't much better she signs her emails The Resident Shortridge Blue Devil Princess and she expects to be treated like one. I say fire them both.
ReplyDeleteI need to soak my laptop in hand sanitizer. Let's get out of the gutter.
ReplyDeleteNew topic, please.
Close your laptop and walk away.
ReplyDeleteBe afwaid. Be vewwy afwaid.
ReplyDeleteWhat is Butler University saying about this scandal? Surely they are not happy about it since they have a reputation to uphold in the community.
ReplyDeleteI thought Butler's only claim to fame was as a basketball powerhouse this year (only).
ReplyDeleteDoes this educational institution have any other qualities?
I must say, I've never heard Butler and Diploma Mill used in the same sentence, so I figured they have a decent academic reputation.
from Butler's faculty members
ReplyDeleteMark Cosand is Butler University's Liaison at Shortridge Magnet High School for Law and Public Policy.
ReplyDeleteMark Cosand is full of shit. Enough said.......

ReplyDeleteWRONG!!!!!!
It's about two idiot thrillseekers who couldn't keep their pants on.
Hey, idiots, next time, get a room! There are several within easy walking distance of Shortridge.
Then, after you pull up/put on your pants, shut the Hell up.
NEXT TOPIC! PULEEEZE?????
I don't understand why both of these individuals weren't fire.
ReplyDeleteI hope for the sake of the students, parents, and employees of IPS that the School Board is taking steps to remedy this embarrassment. I hope also they work out of settlement before they go to court and a huge amount of our tax money is used for lawyers' fees and the eventual monetary award to the teacher who was discriminated against in this situation.
ReplyDeleteSpeaking of broken hearts...A Science teacher at BR is heartbroken that her "girlfriend" Counselor will be transferring to another school just to get away from her. Seems the Science Teacher was stalking the Counselor so bad that she was forced to transfer to another school. What is it about IPS..this is crazy! I feel for the Counselor...she was forced to leave a school she obviously was very comfortable at.
ReplyDeleteAmazing how some teachers are so sexually frustrated and unaware of their sexuality. I know of this situation and apparently the Science Teacher is in the closet and the Counselor does not want to be stalked by this weirdo. What is wrong with IPS????
ReplyDeleteThis comment has been removed by a blog administrator.
ReplyDeleteIf we are being fair, then why should Mr. Cosby be in trouble? Both were consenting adults. She was the crazy one who put everything on Facebook.
ReplyDeleteWhy should Mr.
ReplyDeleteIf the principal and the teacher were white folks, I'd call them trailer park trash. They are better fit to be appearing on the Jerry Springer Show than to be appearing for work at any IPS school. This is nothing but pure old low class drama from a couple of people who enjoy being in the spot light.
ReplyDeleteIPS SCHOOL BOARD, WHERE ARE YOU????
ReplyDeleteThis adultery trend seems to be more of a problem in the secondary schools. I guess that we don't have enough time in elementary schools to engage in this sort of behavior. :)
ReplyDeleteAnd going back to the Facebook reference, I would hope that Cosby would not be stupid enough for getting in trouble over Facebook again. I am glad that Dr. White, Dr. Brown and company feel that these adults are good role models for our students.
I don't think "trailer park trash" is appropriate, but "ghetto" would suffice. These "folks" no matter their race need to do their jobs rather than each other.
ReplyDeleteActually "Trashy Behavior" is probably the most appropriate. Lots of fine people live in trailers, and ghetto has been co-opted to mean inner city low income black. This problem has nothing to do with race or income, it has to do with morality.
ReplyDeleteGhetto may indeed describe IPS if you go to the third meaning.
1. area of city inhabited by minority: an area of a city lived in by a minority group, especially a run-down and densely populated area lived in by a group that experiences discrimination
ReplyDeleteI am intrigued that a post was removed from this thread. Considering how inflammatory some posts are that don't get removed. That one must have been a amazing.

ReplyDeleteI say fire them both. Obviously, they were NOT doing their jobs if this was going on during school.
ReplyDelete"What is it about IPS..this is crazy."
ReplyDeleteNo offense intended, but I've had many grad classes with teachers from all over the state.
ReplyDeleteHigh drama played out by trashy characters...Is this the image that IPS wishes to send? How can Shortridge students learn when they're surrounded by this type school culture? Both the principal and the teacher are liabilities for IPS and are distractions to the learning environment.
ReplyDeleteThe post that was removed was one that called Cosby out for sleeping with another one of his teachers, one who writes those big grants for his school. Rembert? At least this time he's getting paid for being a PIMP. We need to take lessons from this man!
ReplyDeleteYuk. Her? How the hell do they make a bed big enough for the two of them? Sounds like he really down-graded. At least the other one was a little hottie.
ReplyDeleteHold on. If Cosby was seen in public with the other women, people should have told this teacher? Seriously? So now the blame is being put on everyone else. It just keeps getting better and better. Maybe her friends should just stop talking because you aren't making it look any better for her. They are both equally at fault. Get over it.
ReplyDeleteIf Stan Law was demoted for having an affair with a staff member, Brandon Cosby needs to be demoted. The facts are the facts. He worked with Jane Kendricks at CELL. She is now the Assistant Superintendent for Human Resources. She is protecting Brandon.
ReplyDeleteThe teacher has a Fan Club page on Facebook where students make comments about how much they miss her. What a flake! Some people evidently enjoy airing their mistakes to the world and keeping their name in the limelight.
ReplyDeleteStretched out in a Shortridge display case with a poster saying "Well Behaved Women Seldom Make History" is an inappropriate picture for a teacher to post of herself Online.
ReplyDeleteNEW TOPIC!!!!!!
ReplyDeleteFor those who saw him at the movies and the Fair, neither of us knew he was dating the teacher. I am glad my friend told me about this post because I had to come to her house to read it for myself.
ReplyDeleteThis is the teacher who spent an entire semester planning a big, fabulous weddong on school time--the students themselves told it!! The photo album alone had to cost $5,000 or more . What was troubling was that she DID NOT invite one African-American teacher. People can marry and date who they want, but ignoring those who work beside you every day is something else.
Speaking of weddings. This teachers continues to have all her wedding pictures with the ex-husband posted on her Facebook page. Go figure some people.
ReplyDeleteStan Law's misbehavior was even at school while he was on the clock. In today's culture in IPS, nothing would have happened to him. Principals have been given the green light to have any kind of sexual contact with any of their staff members they wish. I hope a vice principal at Tech learns a lesson before it is too late.
ReplyDeleteThe pictures are still up because her ex-husband serves as a reminder that not all men are cheaters and liars . . . just the black ones. He has held her hand through this entire bullshit with Cosby, never once making her feel bad for the fact that she initially left him for Cosby. Now THAT's a real man.
ReplyDeleteOnly black men are cheaters and liars???? What a racist piece of crap you are. I certainly hope you are not a teacher because you are worthless. I cannot believe you even said that. One black man who is a cheater and liar doesn't mean all are. Does she make all white women cheaters and ignorant? You are an idiot.
ReplyDeleteOnly black men are cheaters and liars? Wow.
ReplyDelete*black women
ReplyDeleteMy apologies.
YIKES!!!!!
ReplyDeleteN E W T O P I C P L E A S E!
ReplyDeleteSpeaking of Arlington, the amount of staff members who are having inappropriate relationships is unreal. Never have I heard so many stories of staff members sharing each other's flings.
ReplyDeleteSo, I doubt that Arlington is a good place for Cosby. It would be similar to sending a pit bull into a T-bone shop.
NEW TOPIC!!! NEW TOPIC!!! I'm SICK to death of hearing of the Shortridge "affair." Who CARES??? OMG...get OVER it, already.
ReplyDelete@NEW TOPIC!!!
ReplyDeleteI believe this topic is a real hit.
ReplyDelete(if I have typos or something worded below your satisfaction, keep it to yourself! This ain't a AP class, it's a blog)
Stan Law took his punishment and moved on like a good person should. He confessed to his wife and took his demotion like a good role model should. He has regained my respect. Lets see if Cosby will do the same.
ReplyDeletePlease quit blaming the blogmaster for providing us a way to express our anger. At least MOST of us have not released our anger in bed with someone who is married.
ReplyDeleteI want to hear more about the Science Teacher and the Counselor at BR. what's up with that?? anybody know?
ReplyDeleteHey....memories!
ReplyDeleteI was in an elementary where the married black gym teacher was having an affair with a married white teacher (who, at the time, had a religious radio show). But, according to RV, it wasn't adultery since all of the sex was oral.
I used to see the gym teacher HG at Arlington.
But, that was 23 years ago.
Do we still have a school board? Where is Elizabeth Gore? Where is Kelly Bentley? Where is M. Zaphirou? No need to wonder about Mary Busch. She has not had an original thought in 30 years.
ReplyDeleteOr an original hair dooooo!
ReplyDelete
