Let the E-mails Begin
IPS BS now has a way for you to contact us. E-mail us at Ipsbs@hotmail.com. You can send posts, tips, e-mails, and even video (Arlington). Ipsbs will protect your identity. And a good reminder don't use your IPS e-mail address or any IPS computer or server. Those can be traced. Use your private computer, phone, Blackberry or iPhone. If you're an IPS teacher you don't have to take this lying down or bending over anymore!

just do not sned anything out of your IPS e-mail...they can access your incoming and outgoing e-mail...there is no privacy protection in the school e-mail system.
ReplyDeleteBut Mary Louis did and we need to file a complaint with the Board, she has to be fired.
ReplyDeleteWhy doesn't someone do something about Mary Louise doing this on the clock? She has done it repeatedly with no consequences.
ReplyDeleteWe need some pictures on this blog.
ReplyDeleteI would like to see the photos of the fight at Arlington.
ReplyDeleteWow what a classy blog using the term bend over! Get off the computer and start getting ready to teach the children.
ReplyDeleteTrust me, you want us to vent here rather than keeping it in until the bell rings tomorrow morning.
ReplyDelete"We need some pictures on this blog." Ruby slippers, perhaps?
"We need some pictures on this blog."
ReplyDeleteFor alumnus and parent photos, Google "peopleofwalmart.com"
You might just see some former administrators and staff, too!
Please help us help you all! Let's pray!!! We all have fallen short, some more than others! No wonder some of our children don't respect IPS staff! We don't respect!! Let's get back to RESPECT!!!!!!
ReplyDeleteIPS is top heavy with administration. Just like anything that it top heavy it will eventually lose its balance and fall down. Dr. Johnson and the rest of the higher ups are nervous because they feel and know that the balance is off. I think they are preparing their Golden Parachutes now. Do not be surprised to see more bonuses, and kick backs magically pass through the school board.
ReplyDeleteIt is ridiculous to pay people to be compliance monitors when we need ESL ads and classroom assistants. Perhaps some of these higher ups would like to put down their clip boards and work with students instead of counting how many students have shirts untucked and making sure bulletin boards have current student work.
It makes me sick that the only people being hurt in all of this are the students. At the core of everyone who writes on this BLOG and reads this BLOG is the desire to do right by the inner city children of IPS; ALL of them regardless of race. If Dr. Johnson is not reprimanded or even fired for her comments; then shame on Dr. White. Teachers we must continue to be the strong base of IPS. When the state takes over we will be the only ones to remain. We will have to maintain stability for our students, and make sure they are not victimized.
This is bull shit, but that is what makes IPS teachers so awesome. We know how to shake off the shit and “Step UP”.
yes, Dr. White was at all of Monday's Executive Board meeting where the Board discussed his comments about IPS students as "cripled", "blind" and "crazies". When it is the Board's primary job responsibility to manage a Superintendent, I am feeling the President of the Board and those who did not demand to address his behavior are the "crazies".
