IPS has signed a new long-term disability policy. They say it offers the same coverage at a cheaper rate. So why didn't they do this in the first place?

I worked with Michael Sullvan's mother, Mattie Sullivan, who is an English teacher at Attucks. I truly hate to mention another teacher, by name, on this blog in a negative manner, but if Michael Sullivan is the least bit like his mother, a hateful, mean, and racist woman, then all who work with Michael should be aware of his background and how he was raised.
Please focus on the intent of this blog. I don't know Mattie Sullivan. However, her personality really has nothing to do with the dysfunction in the administration of IPS. Comments like this will eventually kill this blog -- you'll have people coming on to defend a colleague...they'll fight with those who disagree with them...and Dr. White will just sit back and smirk while watching all of the attention being slowly diverted away from him and the other administrators.
Dr. White is already smirking in his IPS-paid-for zoot suits, while driving his IPS-paid-for vehicle fueled by IPS-paid-for-gas on his way to meet his IPS-paid-for-mistress (Dr. Johnson) to travel on IPS-paid-for trips to her home country to hire more IPS-paid-for Chinese teachers to work at Tech.
..but the truth is the truth even when the administrators are displaying the worst of unprofessional behavior. In any other school system, the school board would step in and stop the abusive trashy behavior but the IPS board is clueless and afraid of White.
Because it was too much trouble to search for the 'best deal'.
ReplyDeleteThe School Board evidently never asks the hard questions, such as 'can we get it cheaper', 'how many other companies submitted bids', etc.
The board asked lots of "hard questions", but ultimately they chose the first one, because that is the one that IEA insisted on having.
