There was a comment in one of yesterday's posts about where is Prudence Bridgewaters? IPS B.S. was told she got on Dr. White's bad side and got demoted. Can anyone confirm? Has there been a sighting downtown?

With all of the wrongful acts committed by Bridgwaters and the rest of Dr. White's gang, lets hope she is in the back of a police car headed to lock up.
Evidently Bridgwaters did the job that Dr. White wanted her to do. That was to ensure that Jeff White was fired. Now that her work is done; apparently so is she.
She's been relegated to overseeing ECA (End of Course Assessments). That would be Algebra I and English 10. She's been told to have no communication with building administrators other than speaking about the End of Course Assessments.
Has anyone heard anything about Dexter Suggs being groomed for Dr. Giles' position?
The IPS grapevine is buzzing with rumors that Suggs has been promised Giles' position contingent upon his getting Arlington in some sort of decent shape by the close of the first semester.
Willie must still have that "gooder" woman behind him. Could that be Prudence?
PS....you had to be at the second "Opening Convocation" (AKA....total waste of time and money.)
Let's go back to the days of Dr. Adams when he presented his welcoming remarks via video, and we were able to either work in our rooms or compete to track the grammatical errors in his speech during our first staff meeting.
Oh, wait, that would use technology that we already have in place, and might not provide the transportation department further experience with gridlock.
Plus, we couldn't see Dr. White's cute little red shoes.
I thought we dropped the shoe code part, except open toes or flipflops.
So, Bridgewaters is a middle school cafeteria monitor? Does she hand out milk, or collect trash? How can I get that job at her salary (heck, for HALF her salary!)
We could sure use her for recess duty at our K-6 building.
You can say what you want about Bridgewaters, but Phyllis Barnes is just as worthless. She has been moved around as much as possible; I think they do this so that there is not enough time for employees to realize she does not know what she is doing. She is mean-spirited and talks to people like they are wasting her time.
Can I just say as a parent I almost don't care where Dexter Suggs is going, because for the first time in years my children are getting to school on time via the bus. Frat Brother - out, someone who can actually handle the job - in! If only we hired everyone in IPS by their abilities, not their personal relationship to White....
Once again IPS is a screw up. Under Dr. white's leadership, people did not get their checks or did not get them on time. But you can bet your bottom dollar that he received his check on time. They give the impression that they are so invitational. How invitational is it when the supervisor of payroll goes home and not tell anyone that she is gone because she can't deal with the insurmountable pressure from people not receiving their checks. In my opinion, the books of IPS needs to be investigated by the state. Dr. White surrounds himself with incompetent people because he is just as incompetent as they are or more. I happen to agree with the governor that some school districts are too top heavy--hint IPS. Again, another blunder under Dr. White's administration. Why isn't Dr. White being called on the carpet?
I read the comments in rage. Our tax money is funding Bridgwaters to harm children and teachers. Dr. White might be as strange and Willie Giles to support this dumb women. The district is about to lose over 2000 students due to the actions of White, Bridgwaters, and Kendricks.
If the comment ^ this one was written by an IPS teacher, Lord have mercy on the poor impressionable children who look to you for classroom instruction.
Speaking of the payroll mess: My check was short so I called and was told she didn't have time to investigate it right now....she was working on the payroll for next week!!!!!!!!!!
Red is not a permissible color for shoes according to the dress code. Sandra Towns is the friend of Willie Giles.....if only she could give him grammar lessons.
Kendricks job is in question due to her allowing Lori Elliot to work in Prudence Bridgwaters for one school year while she was being paid to be an Instructional Coach at Howe High School. A great investigation for Andy Gammill would be to confirm if the rumors are true. How many schools did Kendricks close in Anderson and what stories were published questioning her behavior.
Loru Elliott's administrative license is valid through 01/23/2011. Suggest you get your facts straight. All you have to so is check teacher inquiry on the DOE website.
I think that down town has very little to do. They have been in my class 4 times since the start of school. Sometimes 2 and 3 at a time. So why did they hire her back.
I guess that When Prudence Bridgewaters let her sit in her office and work on her course work for almost a year that it paid off...unfortunately it did nothing for Howe since there is where Lori Elliot was to be working helping the students for that time period....oh, well who cares about the students as long as friends of Bridgewaters' get to complete their coursework while on the clock and then get high paying administrative jobs...
I have the proof that Elliott spend her time working in Prudence's office while she was suppose to be at Howe. If the Indianapolis Star runs an article about this, I will show where they can get the proof. The Star has the run the article first.

If you have to ask that question, then you have not been in an IPS school. Most of our staff work hard every day against majors odds to educate our students and improve their achievement levels......
Failing to educate our children and blaming central office administrators for said failure. Excuses! Our elementary teachers are doing a bang-up job. Secondary is where the ball drops, significantly. Why?
If you ask secondary, they fail because the students come in behind. Well, ISTEP scores can prove otherwise. I digress...we should not start an elementary vs. secondary war. That is what Eugene wants us to do.
Poor overworked and unappreciated central office administrators. ......They have to work for only $100,000 and people pick on them. Most of them are there because they couldn't teach or they were afraid of the students. If you are trying to make us feel sorry for them, it isn't working. When new 9th graders come into high schools 2 and 3 years below grade level, it is not the fault of the H. S. teachers. When 8th graders get all F's and miss 40 or 50 days and are still promoted to H.S., it is not the fault of the H.S. teachers. Eugene White's refusal to let H.S. administrators enforce HIS six step discipline policy, it is not the fault of H.S. teachers. We did not know at the time he announced his six step discipline policy that it was only a PR gimmick for the public and was to be ignored by those of us in the schools
Hey teachers! If all you can do is blame others, you need to find another profession. Do you honestly believe whining, complaining and blaming others on a pitiful blog is going to change anything? Even if all the whining and blaming is warranted, if you're not doing anything to change it you might as well quit. What you are doing now is just as much a part of the problem as the very things you are complaining about. The only way to make a difference in a system like IPS is to suck it up and do whatever is necessary regarldless of the failures of others. If you can't do that, you don't belong there.
